Dr. Devendra Deshmukh has a vast 17 years of experience in the field of Cardiac Anaesthesia.

After completing his M.D in Anaesthesia from Nair hospital Mumbai, Dr. Devendra did his fellowship in Cardiac Anaesthesia from Narayana Hrudayalaya Bangalore. After the fellowship, Dr. Devendra joined Asian Heart Institute Mumbai wherein a tenure of 10 years he did many complex cases, high-risk, and VVIP cases. He was heading the department of Anaesthesia in his later years. Post-Asian heart, he went to Maharishi Markandeshwar University where he used his skills and experience to develop and run the Cardiac services department and later developed a 350 bedded multi-specialty hospital.

Dr. Devendra Deshmukh was the head of the Department of Cardiac Anesthesia, he was Coordinator NABH and was Director of Super-Specialty. He was there for 4 years where he did many complex and high-risk cases and was also actively involved in the Management and upbringing of the new multi-specialty hospital.

Dr. Devendra then came back and Joined Vedant hospital where he was the Medical Superintendent and HOD Cardiac Anaesthesia. He had given anesthesia for Minimal invasive cardiac surgery, TAVI, etc. He was felicitated by the HONORABLE GOVERNOR of Maharashtra for his selfless and Dedicated work.

Dr. Devendra Deshmukh is now full-time and exclusively with us at DY Patil Hospital, Navi Mumbai to continue his work in the Department of Cardiac Anaesthesia.
